Gripping – Hold the ball in your fingertips it helps to boosts the velocity and wrist snap for control.
Windup – Keep the front part of the ball side foot in contact with the plate side of the pitching rubber.
Pivot – Shift the weight forward onto the pivot foot and lift your opposite leg into air.
Stride – Keep the knee bend so it can absorb the impact of landing.
Follow Through – Make sure the catcher is in the crouching position. Always relax, calm and in control throughout the pitching process.
